There was an initial phone screen with the recruiter, then with Mike Wolf, head of IT. I answered behavioral questions and very little technical questions. Softball questions like talk about a challenging project you worked on.
A week later, I was told I had moved on to the next stage. An online personality assessment questionnaire. It included pattern (shapes) matching, number sequencing problems, logic, and personality questions.
Two weeks later, I moved on to a 4-hour video interview with 7 people. Two each hour.
Hour one - coding challenge to evaluate your understanding of OOP
Hour Two- 1 coding challenge (data structures) and 1 pseudo-code challenge on optimization.
Hours 3 & 4 - meet HR, CEO, and team member.
