Great communication from their internal recruitment team who were very helpful . Interview arranged quickly within a week with the regional manager. Good in depth questions covering a wide range of topics relevant to the role

I thought the interview went ok. Told I would be interviewed by the apprenticeship recruitment manager- this didn’t happen. Presume I wasn’t successful as had no call back not even to say not successful - word of advice Nova let people know the outcome it’s only courteous.
