Recently went through the interview process with Nourish. There are 5 steps along the interview process, but it speaks to their culture for finding the right people who share their drive and mission. Everyone I interviewed with was easy-going, kind, but also asked challenging questions.
I cannot say enough good things about Gabbie (HR) throughout the process. She was timely, kind, transparent, and a wonderful advocate. I am so excited to join this team!

Interview
Interview was very good and did not feel pressured. They made you feel comfortable and could tell the are genuine. They do a role play scenario but with practice it is not a difficult process. Answered questions thoroughly.

Question 1
What is a way you approach selling a monster deal.
Had an initial screening with recruiter who seemed too bored to even be talking to me, seemed to already have someone picked out. Only asked me one question and ended the interview. Got the rejection email a couple of days later.
