Interview process was long. The first interview was conducted on campus. This was followed up by a phone interview and then had to fly to Spokane for my final interview.

Questions revolved around agriculture and willing to relocate and move for the job when needed.

The interview is plain and simple, they call you in, they read your app, they ask you q's, and then they read you the job description. Mainly they see your previous experience, and see if you will be suited there.
