it was through Microsoft teams. The Interviewer was approachable, he made it look like more like a conversation. Applied directly on the university website. The interview was by 7:30 pm.

it was night shift, so they asked if you are not receiving any calls or maybe not busy , what will you be doing? what are the work ethics ? what are your strengths and weaknesses? tell us about yourself? do you have any questions for us? do you think documentation is very important as service desk analyst? how did handle an angry user?

Initial phone interview by agency followed up by interview. Two people in interview asking basic questions about IT troubleshooting. They wanted common sense answers nothing too technical. Basic questions Fairly easy Prompt response from agency.
