it was through Microsoft teams. The Interviewer was approachable, he made it look like more like a conversation. Applied directly on the university website. The interview was by 7:30 pm.

Initial phone interview by agency followed up by interview. Two people in interview asking basic questions about IT troubleshooting. They wanted common sense answers nothing too technical.

Straight forward and relatively easy. About 40 minutes long with 3 staff interviewing you asking various questions on experience as well as competency based questions you will find in most technical environments.
