Nordstrom Sales Associate - BP interview questions

I received a phone call from HR and had a brief chat then was invited to come in for an in person interview. a couple days later I came in to answer like 5 easy no brainer questions provided by the dept. manager. there was a sales simulation where the dept manager asked me to dress her for a wedding. I picked clothes keeping in mind, the season we were currently in, colors that would compliment her, and body shape... also said flattering things

Apply online, then you do a phone interview. If they like you there then they call you into the store for an interview with HR. If the HR person thinks you're a good fit for the company they'll set you up with an interview with the department manager. Interview with department head can be that same day or a different day. So don't be surprised if they ask you to do back to back interviews. I applied for BP and interviewed wth BP department manager. She called back and offered me a position in TBD instead. I LOVED TBD. Happy I got moved there.
