I have been working at Nordstrom full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

For a retail store, they look out for you and will provide you with great resources to work your way up if you’re a dedicated worker and believe in what you do.

    Cons

Recent downsizing and consolidation after covid shutdowns after saying that the company was fine was not something I totally expected. Up until now it’s been a 5 star company to be apart of but now it seems iffy for a place that isn’t going bankrupt anytime soon and could still afford to be closed as covid cases rise.
