The hiring process for this position began with searching from CA online with the Nordstrom career center. I got a phone interview for the Designer Sales position, i selected a time and date through an online process. That day I had an nice conversation with a lady form HR. She asked questions like; "why do I want to work for Nordstrom's?, How do you feel about working on commission?,How do you compare yourself to others in your workplace? and What is your availability?" I was nervous since I had not interviewed in about a year, but she was nice and asked in the end when I would like to come in for a 1:1 interview...that is in a week. The position that I had applied for was not available but she said that the Savvy department was in 2 different locations. She also noted that she had seen all the positions that I had applied for an would let me know about any other department if needed. I feel good but was so nervous for one questions,(that I flubbed) I hope to be better for the 1:1. Wish me luck
