After the application I was invited for a virtual self recording interview. After I passed that initial interview I was then invited to a virtual Teams interview with a hiring recruiter. The interview process was seamless and comfortable.
If chosen for an initial interview, you will complete a recorded video interview first. The questions are fairly general compared to most employers, “tell us about yourself, how does your experience align with the role, etc.” This role is a remote position as of right now so there are a few specific questions about whether you can work in a distraction free environment or not.
