The interview was an in-person behavioral based interview (STAR) with the APM. There were about 8 questions. There is opportunity for growth from the position as they prioritize internals, which I liked. Unfortunately, the pay was not within my expectations so I withdrew during the salary discussion at the end.

Multiple questions regarding the handling of stressful situations. Questions regarding your communication and how you have impacted shrink previously. Interview location will be in an office and over the phone with a recruiter and asset protection manager.
