Interview
Applied online and received an email within 2 days saying i qualified. Then got a phone interview couple days later, the questions were fairly simple;(why Nordstrom and why should we hire you. then 2 in person interviews. I had 1 group interview and 1:1 with the store manager. Same questions were asked in all my interviews. Process took about 2 weeks.
A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.

Applied online. Got an email about a week later. Went in to a Seasonal Hiring Event. Interviewed with a manager. Most questions were situational questions. Very easy process. Offererred position on the spot.
