Quick phone interview on background and academics. 2nd interview was a group interview. 3rd interview was one on one with department manager.

Question 1
Asked to pick out outfit and for interviewer during group interview. 3rd interview consisted of all the same questions from the 2nd interview, with a sales simulation at the end. Asked to pick an item from department and talk about its benefits.
The recruitment team was friendly and welcoming. The hiring process was an online application, then an online assessment, and finally an interview with hiring managers. It was a 3 part interview process.

Interview
First was a Hirevue interview, then a recruiter reached out to me for an informal interview, but it was mostly to get me ready for my next interview then I met with two store managers.
Resume and cover letter. Had to be a senior in college or graduated. Got a call from HR about availability and to set up and interview. panel interview with 3 managers.
