Interview
It was a very quick phone interview and they basically asks you to sell something through the phone and about and leadership activities you may have participated in the past. They stress the importance of knowing you will be working for commission-based pay. I was also asked questions on the benefits of working in teams.
The interview process was ok. It was a digital interview. Some of the questions threw me off. Come prepared about the company’s history. If your prepared you should be fine.

Very personable and overall encouraging interview experience beginning with portfolio/resume submission. Employees are wonderful people and the overall experience interviewing was streamlined and positive. I would highly recommend this experience and this company.
