no consistency in the interview process. no consistent feedback given to applicant. follow through by hiring manager low, who you know, not what you know, age discrimination
You do an initial screening with HireVue, simple straight forward questions. Once you pass that round, you then meet with a Buyer and an Assortment Planner who ask more in depth, well rounded questions on business experience, team leadership, analytics, etc.

Multiple interviews, recruiter will submit your resume to all related openings which feels like being bounced around. The interview questions are standard, but specific and generally have more than one interviewer in the meeting.
