Interview
I applied online and didn't hear anything back for a few weeks to a month...
I recieved a email to set a time when I could schedule a phone interview...
the phone interview was pretty basic, I went over with the recruiter the basics of the job... the first thing I was asked was what do I know about Nordstrom... so it helps to do some background research before the interview...
answered questions like am I okay with the training times ands if I could mutitask with mutiple screens on my computer..
after the phone interview I was advised that I would recieve an email with an assessment that I needed to complete, which was basically a virtual online simulation of what the job is like... taking phone calls... navigating through customer information and multitasking through screens...
I recieved another email to schedule a face to face virtual interview, you can do this either webcam or on your phone. This interview was scheduled with a manager at the Nordstrom call center... I was asked basic customer service questons...
after the interview I was moved forward and recieved a call from the recruiter again who gave me information on what to do next.
The interview process for me took maybe 2 weeks.

Interview was scheduled according to my availability. Interviewer was incredibly helpful and gave me lots of information that helped me make the decision to take the offer. Offer was given to me immediately.
