Phone interview after submitting application and taking online test . Then went in to speak with HR set up interview with Department Mgr, then interviewed with Department Manager and then Store Manager

I was asked how much experience I had in sales and makeup. The interview was casual and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. It was a good experience overall. The managers were kind and very helpful during the entire process.
