The interview for this role was done in two stages, the second was not more difficult but just an opportunity to meet another manager in the business. There were some questions requiring examples of a time you had demonstrated a skill or behaviour and others relating to work experience.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NorDan (Livingston, Scotland) in Nov 2022
Interview
It took a 2 to 3 weeks process. Initially had an online interview with recruiter then a face to face interview with two employers and at last a presentation. Then didn’t have me a feedback which was not professional from their side.
