The interview unfolded with five people on the panel, and overall it moved along smoothly. They asked about my qualifications, my background, and the usual introduction of myself. Still, there was a faint tension in the room — that subtle pressure you feel when everyone is watching closely and weighing every word. Nothing dramatic, just the normal electricity of an important moment, the kind that keeps you alert and a little on edge, but also reminds you that you’re stepping into something significant.

Interview
After round one of phonic interview, round two was conducted face to face. Even though going through a good interview, with an assurance that salary is not an issue, the company closed the profile recruitment second time. Yes, I applied first time and went through round one and they said they stopped hiring for the role. They again opened hiring for the position but closed without hiring because the person from finance team is also handling HR/Admin and they didn't want to lose their power by dividing the responsibility.
