2 Rounds of interview - HR round and Technical round - What do they look for in the candidate? Never give up Attitude, Zeal, Drive, and inner passion to grow.

They took my interview even I got selected everything done took my documents received an draft mail of CTC then all of sudden received a mail desired CTC cannot be offered.... I mean after doing everything they rejected me as a candidate. This is an unprofessional behaviour and also there no proper policy no proper ctc structure 0 learning experience. Would not recommend anyone
