Ninemer Communications interview questions

The interview was very jarring and unpleasant. The CEO and a manager were in charge of the interview process and they made the whole situation very tense with nonsensical questions about your experience and opinions. They focussed more on the questions they were asking rather than the answers you were able to provide. It was apparent that the interviewers judged the interviewees even before the interview process begun. Many assumptions were made by the interviewers which were then conveyed to the interviewee.

Hiring manager emailed to share that the first part of the application process requires candidates to complete a writing test (marketing brief) within 24 hours. A week after submitting, I was informed that I was not shortlisted for the next round. Was very disappointed about being judged solely on a marketing brief that was rushed out within a day. There was no pre- or post-interview/test. Very un-human hiring process.
