First they will carry out the process of Resume Shortlist. After which you will get an Online Hiring Interview Test. If you have cracked, then Face to Face Interview that will be an Final Round.

Interview
Got to know about the opening from one of the co founders in linkedin. HR called to know about profile. Gave an online test,no result was declared,nothing, HR vanished. Pinged the co founder in linkedin ,then she scheduled an interview at office. Small office , the interviewer was also not clear what he is asking ! Easy data science questions. In 2nd round another founder guy asked one case study and said on joining u need to sign a 2year bond!! I was like who does that in lateral hiring that too in a startup. Then he said he will get back after 3 weeks. As usual HR disappeared.
Very shoddy interview process , good for digital marketing folks not for data science folks , my personal opinion.
