Met on-campus recruiter and multiple invite-only events (food/drinks, etc.) followed by an on-campus interview the following week. The second phase of the process is an on-site interview in Tampa Bay, FL 2-3 weeks after the initial interview

Interview
initial phone screening. HR is nice. He just went over my resume and checked if my background and their team's goal matches. The phone interview lasts about 25 minutes. Also do homework about their company and the team that you are applying for.
