I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Nielsen
Interview
Horrible. I was first asked to give an aptitude test in the mumbai office for a position in another city. I gave the test and the hr executive in the mumbai office glanced through my answers and said that I had cleared the test. After 2 days, I got a call from another hr person saying that I had not given the test and that i was irresponsible. This was a ludicrous allegation. I told her that I had given the test and she should check with the Hr person in mumbai who told me that I had cleared the test. Turns out later, that the hr person in the mumbai office had lost my test paper and was too embarrassed to admit it. The hr executives in this company are rude and I must say very negligent.
I applied online. I interviewed at Nielsen in Oct 2019
Interview
Started off with the written assessment (was given an hour to complete it) followed by a face to face interview with the Client Service Managers. It was a rather chilled interview where the interviewers asked some basic interview questions.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nielsen
Interview
There are two sets of interview: the first interview is with the HR Manager then the second one is a panel interview with different hiring managers. All interviews are usually processed in just one day.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Nielsen (Johannesburg) in Sept 2018
Interview
Initial interview by a HR consultant. 24 hours before my interview he sent me a case study to analyze. Thereafter I had a panel interview with 6 members where I had to present my findings from the case study.
