Utilize the STAR (situation, task, action, result) method. look up typical competencies such as adaptability beforehand because that’s what the questions will be based around. Interview itself is not difficult but the process is very long and slow.

All questions in STAR format and typically over teams. The interview was fairly laid back and conversational which helped. Don’t be afraid to repeat the question to give yourself time but you have to answer in STAR or it’s looked down upon.
