I applied online. I interviewed at NextHealth (CA)
Interview
Interview was scheduled from HR to be first virtual; HR did not appear. After I sent an email inquiry; HR replied (after the interview was set to commence) that they could not make the time. After replying that each of the alternate times proposed (after HR had missed the first) were acceptable; HR stopped replying at all. Not exactly sure why; but it seems my experience matches most of the other interviewees insofar that NextHealth is a reflection of the current job market that employers can be this disconnected.

Question 1
N/A; HR missed the interview and each of the alternate times.
I interviewed at NextHealth (CA) (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Zero follow up without constantly nagging and emailing multiple employees within the company. Had to hand hold through the entire process to get through to the next step (this was far beyond showing initiative on my part, it was necessary due to straight up disconnect and lack of organization within the company). In one interview, they weren’t even sure if they were hiring for the role I had applied for.

Question 1
Not going to go into detail, the interview questions were fine. Lack of communication and respect for applicant’s time is the issue.
NextHealth:
Posts a fake job.
Invites to a fake interview.
Confirms time and HR interviewer never calls.
Sent an email 10 minutes into scheduled call to check-in, no email back, nothing.
Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional.
