Extremely quick - interviewed 3 hours after applying, second interview 2 days later with the founder, offer immediately after. Interviews were comfortable and conversational, but full of red flags. Mostly questions about why you would want to work there.

I was contacted via LinkedIn, and then ghosted by the recruiter after trying to reschedule a phone call twice. The first time she claimed a family emergency, understandable, but the second time she never answered.
