The interview process was smooth. The employees that I have interacted with are kind and supportive. I applied online and about one or two days after they will call you to schedule your online initial interview. Then, they will schedule your panel interview. The interview was formal and the questions were just like any other company.
4 interviews: 1 initial interview (online) with HR to confirm your skills presented in the resume, 2 secondary interviews (face-to-face) with engineers first and managers for the second, and 1 final interview (online) with a senior manager. The interviews were less about the technical knowledge but more on the behavior and willingness of the applicant to work in the company.
It was good at first. And the HR were all nice and helped in interview with the managers. Technical Interview also had some backgrounds. I was not offered though I think it was because I was unprepared.
