About two weeks after I first sent my resume, I was contacted by one of the managers to set up an interview. I interviewed with the two managers who oversee the position. The interview was pretty relaxed and seemed to fit the corporate culture of most tech companies. Questions were evenly split between standard interview questions, and specific questions to get a feel for your knowledge of Linux and server technology. It should be pretty straight forward for anyone who has experience building computers and some basic understanding of the Linux command line.
Side note, the job posting mentions they require you to get a Linux certification within 60 days of employment, but when I asked about it in the interview they said that for this position that's not necessarily required. Although it will get you a bonus.
