tbh pretty straight forward nothing very confusing
Process:
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds:
1. HR Screening – Basic background discussion, current role, expected CTC, and availability.
2. Technical Round (AI/ML + System Design) – In-depth discussion on past projects, LLM pipelines, RAG architecture, vector embeddings, scaling, and deployment.
3. Product / Hiring Manager Round – Scenario-based problem solving, culture fit, and product thinking.
Experience Summary:
The overall interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were friendly and focused mainly on real-world implementation experience instead of theoretical questions. Communication was transparent, and the scheduling was smooth. The process took around 1 week from application to final feedback.
Tip for future candidates:
Focus on practical knowledge of AI workflows, hands-on project experience, and end-to-end architecture explanations. Be prepared to explain your past projects deeply, including challenges and optimizations.
