I had two telephone calls and then an onsite interview with the Managing Director and the People & Operations Director, at which point I decided not to proceed forward with the further interview rounds. A truly bizarre interview, the M.D spent most of the time criticising my experience and being outright rude, it was a demoralising experience. From reading the Glassdoor reviews from former employees it seems to be his management style. If you’re interviewing here then a run a mile!
