Phone interview than an in-person interview. But don’t apply if you are nervous in interviews they don’t understand that somehow. And think if one of the two interactions is awkward they think you can’t interact with the public. But call and act like you almost got the job if it weren’t for someone with more relevant experience. If it weren't for my having a job coach I would have never known the depths of their stupidity the people who did hire me understood that and I work with the public now more than I would have there.
