I interviewed at Neurocrine Biosciences (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Final round interview process was rough. I had to interview with 14 people total — 2 virtual interviews the day before, followed by 12 in-person interviews during the final round. The process felt extremely overwhelming and disorganized.al round interview was bad had to interview with 12 people in person
I was scheduled for the phone interview and ghosted after the interview. There was no update on the application. Irony is, the HR mentioned they value respect for employees and support each other.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Neurocrine Biosciences (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Really enjoyed meeting the entire team. Had many interviews, virtual and on-site and then was completely ghosted. I heard so much about how important their culture was, but no one could quite describe it. And if you couldn't prove in a series of 1:1s i(n which many had never even taken a look at your resume before entering the room) whether you fit into their culture (clique) then you weren't hired.
