Very personable, polite, and straight to the point. Come prepared for to speak about your prior experience within the ecosystem. Talk about how you work well with clients, are flexible, and can handle stress well.

Interview
Neither of my 2 interviewers started with an introduction to themselves/their role/team/company, nor the role I was applying to. I was not asked any intellectual or challenging questions about my experience. My 2nd interview started with the interviewer asking what questions I had and when I commented that I appreciate their interview style, they made a comment that the interview style allows them to prepare less. When candidates spend time preparing for an interview, I would expect the same from the company. Instead of coming unprepared, come 5 minutes late, but prepared! During my interview process, I noticed the job posting was taken down, I emailed the recruiter about it and they never responded to me. This all made me feel like NeuraFlash did not take the interviews seriously.
