I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Netskope in Dec 2020
Interview
It was a virtual interview comprised of 1 (phone) + 3 main rounds. One of them was focused on the job profile and rest mainly coding. The interviewers were experienced. The expectation was not to know everything rather it stressed on fundamentals, analytical thinking and problem solving. It was a good experience overall. The recruiter and team were prompt throughout the process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Fundamentals of Kubernetes, CI/CD, HTTP operations, Ansible, cloud computing services. The coding questions revolved around arrays, heaps, binary trees, recursion, DSA, ways of optimizing the provided solution (time & space complexity).
I applied online. I interviewed at Netskope (Bengaluru) in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process was well structured and clearly communicated to me, consisting of the following rounds:
1. Recruiter round (15–30 minutes)
2. Technical Hiring Manager round
3. Technical Round 1
4. Technical Round 2
5. Technical Round 3
6. Director round
However, after completing so many rounds and investing significant time and effort, it is very disappointing not to receive any final feedback, whether a yes or no. I have followed up with the recruiter but have not received any response.
I kindly request the hiring team to provide a clear decision to candidates, or at least keep them informed about the status or reason for the delay.

Had multiple rounds of interviews. The final round with the director was weird wherein he was eating snacks in front of the camera. HR said selection is done but ghosted me.
Had a hiring manager round - this had resume walkthrough, hld and a very simple coding question on coderpad.
The second round was a DSA for 1 hour which involved one simple problem and one medium problem building up on the first problem. The interviewer in this one kept doing something else on the side
