Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Netskope in Sept 2021
Interview
1 hr zoom interview. Said that the recruiting department would be in touch "soon" to schedule the next round. Continued to tell me not to worry and that they would schedule it "soon" for 2 months and then sent me a generic rejection email.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Netskope (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2020
Interview
I had a good experience with the entire hiring process. It started with an initial chat with the Recruiter - Getting to know the Company and the team. The next round involved speaking with the Hiring manager who helped me understand the vision and the role. The round after this was the final round where I went through a series of interviews that included people from different teams. The entire interview process was conducted virtually.
