Two stage process consisting of an independent coding project and an interview with the team.
The coding project was limited to 4h. The key to succeed in it seemed to be showing good code design skills and knowledge of data structures. It had a time limit of 4h which seemed not enough for a full implementation. Thus good prioritization of features was required.
The interview had two stages. Several members of the Core Dev team and the CTO were there the first stage. They asked about data structures and networking concepts, as well as my personal projects. The second stage was with the CEO and he asked mostly behavioural and culture affinity questions.
