I applied online and got the phone interview in one or two weeks. The interviewer is kind and has patience. He followed my resume and ask some questions about my project.
It was a phone interview. We talked about previous projects and he asked some graphics questions related to game development. Then he asked some questions about basic algorithm and 3D math. Also some C# GC related topics.

They asked basic graphics questions related to game development like: how to generate shadow map? how to generate terrian based on heightmap?

Applied online on the official website. Got the Online coding test very soon. Finished the test and received for onsite coding interview. The whole process is fast. Got the offer in few weeks and decide to go there.
