They ask you some questions relating to IT and Telecom. They also gauge your customer service skills and make sure that you're able to talk on a phone to customers.

Interviewed with the Director of Customer Service. Good interview although most of it was aptitude testing of skills that are required for the job. Reached interview on time and was interviewed right away. A lot of employees at this place started from working in the role I was interviewing for and worked their way up to Engineer/Management/Director level positions.

Easy not to complicated. Just know your basic stuff you'll be fine. Managers are easy going. Questions aren't coming from left field. Also prepare for customer service questions. Blah blah blah
