They knew I was experience so they had a panel off their best EEs and then later a panel of the manager to drill me with questions. The more you answered right the harder and more detailed the got with the questions. Looking to discover what you know and don't know. Be sure to be honest because they will drill you on what you say you know.

Interview
I received a call from recruiter and they performed a phone screen. After the recruiter completed the phone screen, a Technical Panel Interview and Manager Interview was scheduled a week later - each onsite interview was 1hr long and they were back to back. A few days later, i received a call back from recruiter with offer.

If its on your resume, its fair game... Technical interviewers will ask many questions and see depth/breadth of knowledge as well as how you handle multiple issues at once... Complex technical questions will be asked and while you're working out the answer, they'll ask unrelated questions to see how you multi-task
