The interview process was seamless, consisting of 3 stages. First interview was with 2 interviewers (the hiring manager and a co-interviewer). Second interview was with a Director while the final interview was with the Group Managing Director.

Tell us about yourself. Other questions basically attempted to test
understanding of internal control processes, risk management, and ethics, asking about audit planning, fraud detection (e.g., "How do you find handle control gaps?"), handling uncooperative colleagues or ethical dilemmas (e.g., covering fraud), and technical skills. Other questions focused on approach to assessing controls, adding value, managing stakeholders, and experience with standards like COSO or SOX.
