Interview was scheduled relatively quickly after application. It took place in the HQ, there was a slide prep needed. Took an hour with all the questions asked. I did not receive feedback the same day. Did not feel like it went well as the interviewers didn’t show any response (neither positive or negative). It was nice that I could speak to co-workers-to-be. As I was actively looking for a job, had another interview that week which I advised to Nestle. Despite that I had to wait a week for their answer which was too late considering other offers. At the end it turned out that Nestle wanted me (as they finished late interviewing all candidates) but since other company offer was more appealing and they were more responsive and clearly interested in me - I chose the other company. Long process was not in Nestle’s favour. Other thing is the salary for the experience required is not appropriate - I was offered 40-45k maximum. All in all good experience but shame it took so long and feedback on the interview outcome wasn’t shared immediately. I was reimbursed for travel and accommodation for the interview.
