For an IT Graduate role, their process was like taking an admission in high school. Very disappointed with the quality of hires as well as assessment candidates. The HR seemed like she has no idea of what recruitment guidelines must be followed and lacked sincerity. From the e-mail I could see that HRs did not even care to ask for what is a suitable time for me to attend the assessment process or what kind of roles I am looking for. The process was so simple that I can't even fathom how difficult it was for many candidates to even think of. Nestle really lacks polish and values in Spain and their Headquaters must take a look at their standards.
