      Submitted application and completed forms- heard back after a week that I had been selected to be an advocate. Once selected, we had to complete training on the subject matter.

      I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Needle (Miami, FL) in May 2016

      They interview you by having you fill out basic info and skills that you have. Then they ask you to do a few online tests to see how fast and accurate you type and to see if you have knowledge about companies and products. After that you get interviewed by chat and then a practice job interview where they pose as customers to see if you can handle the jobs basics.

      I went to their site and applied. it was very easy to apply. Then you went through assessments and typing test. After that, I received an email stating that I was chosen to interview.
