Near Partner Manager interview questions

Multiple rounds including a presentation. Went all the way through the interview process then was told they’re changing tack to “focus on hiring junior sales people” instead of senior sales people. They should sorted this before interviewing. Poor form and very disrespectful. Very disappointed by my experience and didn’t receive an apology or acknowledgment. Poor form. Would not recommend as a result.
