Smooth intewrview process was also given feedback and another chance to take the interview after I had improvwed on whatever they told me to. Also a very flexible schedule for interviews
The interview process was straightforward and overall okay. It involved a simple online application, basic requirements check, and a demo lesson. Communication was clear, instructions were easy to follow, and the steps were completed fairly quickly. Nothing overly challenging - just a standard process for an online ESL platform.

Question 1
They asked me to demonstrate how I would handle a short sample lesson with a beginner-level student. They mainly wanted to see clear communication, patience, and how well I could explain simple concepts.

Very brief and the questions are straight to the point. Just basic questions to determine if your connection and computer is perfect and more or less basic introduction about yourself
