Applied through handshake. Got an email to do a recorded interview, and two weeks later a second interview with HR and hiring manager. Two months later got a called offering a summer position in the accounting department.

It was a one hour interview questions based on business compabilities which started off with a brief introduction and also a brief about the company. Different scenarios were given and your response should be based on how you handled different scenarios in your previous work environment.

How do you handle a customer who wants payment to be made for an invoice that is not yet due for payment.

Applied online. Shortlisted, brief telephone call from HR to discuss then booked an interview at the site.
Interview with panel of two, mixture of informal questions, competency questions (top level topics were advised in advance but very open ended) and some technical questions.
Received offer around two/three weeks later which I accepted.
