I submitted resume online through Natioanl grid usa career. I got response back by 2 weeks.They ruquired me to tak a test that is called FIeld Assessment Test. It was 65 mins long test. then Had interview after 2 weeks. There were 3 people on the interview site. This was first time I was having interview but I could notice they are kind of nervous. questions are all based on STAR.

Interview
A bit long and confusing. First applied online after the job posting went external. Heard back in about 2 weeks. Brought in to take the pre-employment screening exam. Once exam was passed, recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview for the position. Interview occurred at the Brentwood offices and constitued a panel of 3 hiring managers all of which were incredibly experienced and knowledgeable about the position. Each had been working with National Grid for over 20 years. Interview took around an hour total to complete. Questions were sort of difficult but the hiring managers detailed how to best approach and answer the questions. They preferred STAR or SOAR formats for answering the questions. Most questions dealt with experience but some were behavioral. I recieved an offer about 2 weeks later contingent upon successful drug testing and background check. I accepted the offer.
