The interview process was easy going. The faculty created a welcoming environment. They asked questions regarding previous work I have done but also asked how I prefer to work within a team. They also allowed me to ask many questions regarding their management process and details about the responsibilities of the position I had applied to. Over all the interview process from HR scheduling to the direct supervisor, it went very smoothly.
