I applied online. I interviewed at Nanny Angel Network
Interview
I felt disrespected as a candidate - My interview was cut short, when I had a much longer one scheduled. I felt invalidated for my preparation as I had prepared for hours, and was told about the hundreds of applicants that had applied to the job and how that's not good for me, which had nothing to do with me and felt invalidating to my skills that I brought to the table.

Specific scenario questions about cancer, and how you would respond.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nanny Angel Network (Toronto, ON)
Interview
The interview was directly with the founder of the organization. The interview itself was one hour in which I found it to be very professional and the founder came across as approachable. With that said, they advised they would circle back by end of week and nobody every circled back. That left a poor taste in my mouth, as much as one respects the employer they are applying for a job, it shows how little respect they had for the candidates that took the time to apply to their organization.
